Portico is a relatively new development in Fort Myers, Florida. Spread over an area of 600 acres, the residential community offers a mix of luxury with modern living standards. There is a diversity of home designs and the community is dotted with walking trails, nature preserves, forest walks, and lakes.

An amenities center is also present with swimming pools, tennis courts, and a fully equipped gym. A multi-purpose athletic field is present on site along with a children’s playground. A generous clubhouse offers premium socializing and dining facilities.

A total of six floor plans are available in the community with a total covered area ranging from 1,778 total square feet. to 2,505 square feet. The smallest floor plans come with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Largest floor plans offer three bedrooms with an equal number of baths though some have 2 1/2 bathrooms.

Another four plans are offered by the famous design firm of Taylor Morrison with a total covered area of 2,583 total square feet. This will have two bedrooms with two or three bathrooms and a garage capable of holding three cars.

Four bedroom house plans offer a total area of 3,198 square feet. with an equal number of bathrooms and a spacious garage. There are variations in the number of bathrooms and garage size to meet the varying needs of customers.

Prices of homes in Portico correspond to varying designs and architectural styles. A three bedroom single family home is available for an average price of $225,000.
